This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of Klade. Violating this policy may result in immediate account termination, container destruction, data forfeiture, and reporting to law enforcement where applicable.
You agree not to use Klade to host, generate, or distribute any of the following:
Viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, ransomware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or other user containers.
Unauthorized utilization of Klade compute resources (CPU, GPU, RAM) for cryptocurrency mining, proof-of-work calculations, or high-intensity distributed ledger hashing.
Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, port scanning, packet flooding, network spoofing, or operating unauthorized proxy/VPN nodes.
Fraudulent websites, credential harvesting pages, spam distribution systems, or impersonation of individuals or corporate entities.
Hosting pirated media, unauthorized software distribution, or proprietary datasets without explicit distribution rights.
Material that promotes child exploitation, non-consensual sexual imagery, terrorism, illegal drug trafficking, or extreme violence.
