1. Information We Collect

  • Account Data: When you sign up, we collect your email address, avatar, username, and authentication identifiers via identity providers (e.g., GitHub, Google, or Supabase Auth).
  • Usage & Telemetry: We log container configuration metrics, resource consumption (CPU/RAM telemetry), and API route schemas necessary for multi-tenant billing and app generation.
  • Payment Information: Payment card details are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store raw credit card numbers on Klade servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly to provision, scale, and maintain your deployed projects and cloud containers, process subscription payments, and send critical system alerts or security notifications.

3. Data Security

We employ industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, encrypted database storage at rest) to protect your workspace data. However, no method of electronic transmission or cloud storage is 100% secure.
