1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, deploying, or utilizing Klade (“we,” “our,” or “us”) multi-tenant SaaS application generator and cloud hosting platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform.

2. User Content & Deployment Disclaimer

• Sole Responsibility: You are solely and exclusively responsible for any code, data, text, images, APIs, databases, or other content (“User Content”) that you upload, generate, store, or deploy via Klade infrastructure.
• Hosting Utility Status: Klade acts solely as an automated cloud hosting and deployment utility. We do not monitor, pre-screen, review, or endorse User Content.
• Malicious Activity & Termination: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to immediately terminate accounts, suspend workspaces, and permanently delete containers, databases, or projects containing malicious intent, malware, unauthorized data scraping, security exploits, or abusive traffic without prior notice or liability.

3. Account Security & Subscriptions

You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials (including Supabase, Auth0, and GitHub integrations). Paid subscription tiers (Indie Hobby, Production Pro, Business Scale) are billed automatically on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klade and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to use) the platform or infrastructure failures.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.
